Thank you for choosing Corvus Crafts for your printing needs. Prepayment is required for all jobs before production begins. Emergency charges are applicable for jobs that are same day turnaround or shorter at a rate of $75 or 15% of the total job cost, whichever is greater. Custom order apparel is full prepayment before going to production. No refunds or exchanges once order has been accepted. Digital proofs are provided before going to production and must be approved by client before moving to production. A physical test print is available for any job at an additional cost. A text picture of a test print is also available at an additional cost. Estimates are based on the files provided by the client. If your files are not print ready, design time will be applied to the bill. Estimates are good for 3 weeks.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and not subject to refunds once proofs and estimates are approved.

Delivery Policy

We are happy to ship direct to you at the rate of shipping (based on the weight of the item and the zip code. Shipping will be billed separately. Free pickup is always available M-F from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 898 E Park Ave, Ste 1 in Port Townsend, All orders are shipped Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $100. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
